EXPECTATIONS FOR AREA LEVEL STAFF
All Staff – Use the Go-Live Handbook for All Staff to help you complete the following:
- Complete Go-Live Checklist by August 30
- View the My Profile and Expenses Dashboard to see the self-service options available to you
- Submit at least one Expense and/or Invoice Request
- Submit any outstanding May or June expenses by August 15
- Moving forward, the expectation remains that expense reports will be submitted monthly
- Cost Center Managers approve expenses associated with their Cost Centers by August 23
- Confirm recurring invoice requests
- If you rent an office space:
- If your cost center had a lease submitted with your month rent previously, this has been migrated over to your Workday Cost Center so that the recurring invoices will be automatically generated. Please see the View Lease guide and verify that your rental contract is listed and confirm that the details are accurate.
- If your cost center needs to submit a new office lease via please see the Create New Lease Request resource and complete the steps as quickly as possible.
Supervisors – Use the Go-Live Handbook for Area and Metro Supervisors to complete the following:
- Review SupOrg and let the regional office know of any changes that need to be made.
- Review your notifications and manage any actions requiring Supervisor Approval
- Review the My Team Management Dashboard to view the actions you can take on behalf of your staff
Hourly Employees
- By Monday, July 15 all hourly staff must have submitted their time entry for July 1-15
- By Wednesday, July 31 all hourly staff must submit their time entry for July 16-31
- Moving forward, timesheets are due by the 15th of each month and the last day of the month.
A Note about Adaptive
Adaptive, our Cash Flow replacement will not be available for use for the majority of July. Additional information about when Adaptive will be available is forthcoming. Previous Cash Flow Users should review the Adaptive Training Resources , and as soon as Adaptive is available, complete the actions below:
- Familiarize yourself with your Cost Center and the information available inside Adaptive
- Familiarize yourself with your Dashboard
- Review R&E
- Review Campership Balance
- Review Foundation Accounts linked to Cost Center (if applicable)
- Update projections from Cash Flow into Adaptive (if desired, for remainder of FY24, and for FY25 once uploaded into Adaptive in October 2024)
- ARDs/Metro Directors will need to learn how to engage with expenses via Adaptive as they will not approve expenses as they had in Concur through secondary-assignment. Use the My Team Management Dashboard to view expenses for staff you supervise.
