Thank you for sending in your ministry pictures. It was such a joy to be able to look at the faces of many adolescents in our states who are hearing about Jesus from an adult who loves them. Keep on praying!

As the school season begins, YL staff are securing office space. Whether staff is paying nothing or if they are paying a monthly rent, all should have a written agreement in place so rights and responsibilities of both parties are expressed.

Did you know…
–   Signing a lease term beyond two years requires approval from Richard Kaiser, YL’s Director of Real Estate.
–   YL does not pay rent for any office space in a staff member’s personal residence no matter how exclusive.
–   Donated office space is not considered a charitable contribution.
If an Area does not fulfill a lease commitment, financial responsibility typically falls to the region.
Regional Director awareness and support prior to YL entering into any lease agreement is very important.

Sort of… for those of you that are new, and for folks who just need a refresher… the FY18 is officially closed, but the FY19 hasn’t actually opened yet.

– October 4: FIrst Close

– October 11: Second Close

– After October 11 (possibly a few days after) you should be able to access your Cash Flow Budgets for the new Fiscal Year
